DEATH NOTICE:

WALKER, Dale E., 54, of Chariton, Iowa, died Sunday, December 18, 2005 at the Lucas County Health Center. Funeral services were held Thursday, December 22 at the Fielding Funeral Home in Chariton with Pastor Paul Olson officiating. Burial was in the Chariton Cemetery.

DALE E. WALKER ... Dale E. Walker, 54, of Chariton, Iowa was born February 8, 1951 in Unionville, Missouri to Emma and Glenn Walker. He died Sunday, December 18, 2005 at the Lucas County Health Center in Chariton.

Dale attended Mormon Trail Schools and his hobby was working on his '55 Chevy. He was employed by Mason-Dixon Truck Lines as a truck driver.

He is survived by his wife, Jewell Walker of Chariton; daughter, Tin Hardie of Chariton; son, Dale Walker, Jr. of Leon; brother, al walker of Osceola; stepbrother, Harold Bartmess of Donna, Texas; and 3 grandchildren.
