Marjorie Olgian (Langford) Baber Nace, the daughter of John Goral and Sarah (Davis) Langford, was born August 07, 1900 at Lucas County, IA, and passed away on Sunday, November 22, 1992 at the Ramsey Home in Des Moines at the age of 92 years, three months, and 15 days.

She was a longtime Lucas County and Chariton resident, moving to the Ramsey Home several years ago. She was a homemaker and a member of the Chariton Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband Sewell Baber, and husband Lonnie Nace; daughter Mrs. Frances Sevedge; son Kenneth; and three sisters and three brothers.

Survivors include a daughter Madlyne Chappell of Chariton; grandchildren Diane Baber of Vista, CA., Rick Baber of Bellevue, WA., Ron Chappell of Arvada, CO., Debra Johnson of Indianola, Russ Sevedge of Moline, IL., Gary Chappell of Boone; nine great-grandchildren; on sister, Marian Keck, of Chariton; three brothers, Lee Langford, of Chariton, David Langford, Humeston, William Langford, of Simi Valley, CA., along with many other relatives.

Funeral services for Mrs. Marjorie Nace were held at the Mosher Funeral Home, with the Rev. Jerry Hambleton officiating. Pallbearers were Nickolas Johnson, Jaret Johnson, James Baber, Gary Chappell, Jon Weaver, and Russ Sevedge.

Interment was in the Chariton Cemetery.
