The Chariton Leader, Chariton, Iowa
Thursday, October 24, 2907

A quiet but pretty wedding occurred at the home of the bride's parents, MR.
and MRS. W.H. ARGO, on North Main St., Wednesday afternoon, at 5 o'clock,
when their daughter, NELLIE G., was united in the holy bonds of wedlock, to
ROSCOE C. MOLER, of Fort Pierre, S.D., Rev. Webster Hakes, of St. Andrews
Church performing the ceremony in the presence of the immediate family.
After the ceremony a wedding tea was served. The home was decorated in
lavender and white. The bride wore a traveling suit of helitrope broadcloth
with hat and gloves to match, and carried a prayer book. She wore an
amethist necklace, the gift of her father. She has resided in this county
all her life, coming to Chariton, four years ago from Russell. She was very
popular in social circles, where she will be greatly missed. She is a
member of St. Andrews Church and choir. The groom formerly resided in Iowa
City, but the past year has been holding down a claim near Ft. Pierre, S.D.

MR. and MRS. MOLER departed the same evening on No. 1 for their new home
which is already prepared for their coming. The best wishes of a large
circle of friends is extended for their future success and happiness.
