Hello, had no idea other Lieberknechts were on the internet with interest in the sur-name. What a great name to have, as I try to explian to my name-pained 15 year-old-daughter. Oh yes, it is a good, old German name (Love-Knight) so I tell her yes, possitively yes, we are of the old world.

Anyway, I work as a broadcast journalist in Santa Barbara, California and have been raised in this part of the world. Have a bother in Florida and the rest of the L's here in California around the Middle of the State.

Look forward to response from people of the same name, very cool.
