STOUTENBERG, PIETER DIED OR FOUND DEAD IN AUGUST OF 1989

I was a fiance' to Pieter. He went missing in June of 1989. He was not found until August of that same summer. He was found in a car (borrowed car) on Isley Hill on South 61 Hwy. We had dated for two and a half years prior to his disappearance/death. I went to a Memorial along with many of his friends. Since then I have tried to view an Obituary or at least some record of his death, but have been met with information that comes back as to having no obituary of his death or no record of his having lived in Louisa County for twelve years prior to his disappearance/death. Please, could you help me with some information?
