Before I attempted to locate information for you to find out what happened to Rev. Trevor Williams' son, William T. Williams, I assumed you knew very little about him. After locating quite a bit of information, it was apparent [especially from his son's obituary] that you probably have most of this already and are just lacking what eventually happened to William T. Williams after he and his wife Ethel most likely divorced in the early 1960's in Indiana. He is not in the same cemetery as she is [Sunset Hill Cemetery, Rockport, Indiana].
He was alive in 1958 [when his father died] and deceased by 1974 [from his sister Mary's obituary I located in Seattle]; I suggest you check Illinois and Indiana death indices. He probably died before collecting Social Security so that database probably won't help. He also could have remarried. The divorce record could have clues especially if he paid alimony to Ethel.
Here is what I found for you. Sorry I don't have time to look in the 1958 - 1974 time frame.
Rev. Trevor Williams, 83, Dies At Cresco; Burial at Columbus Junction
Funeral services for Reverend W. Trevor Williams, former Lime Springs resident, were held at the Presbyterian Church of Columbus Junction, Iowa, at 2:00 Tuesday, Nov. 11, 1958. The body was interred beside that of his first wife, who passed away in April, 1930. Memorial services were held at the Zachow Memorial Chapel in Lime Springs at 7:30 Monday evening. Rev Clifford Thaden pastor of the Westminster Presbyterian Church officiated. He used as his text II Timothy 4 7-8 and spoke on the theme of "The Christian Soldier's Farewell."
Reverend W. Trevor Williams was born at Trevor, Wales, Great Britain on January 7, 1875 and departed this life on November 8, 1958 at Cresco, Iowa at the age of 83 years. He was the son of the late William and Mary Williams of Wales. His education was received in Wales and his ordination to the ministry in 1906 at Shawnee, Ohio. He served pastorates at Shawnee, Ohio, Venedocia, Ohio, Pickett, Wisconsin and Columbus Junction, Iowa. In January 1906 he was united in marriage to Hannah Williams, who preceded him in death in April 1930. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth (his second marriage): one son, William of Chicago, Ill.; one daughter, Mary of Seattle, Washington; six grandchildren; five great grandchildren, and three sisters in Wales; Also, four stepchildren who are: Mrs. Elton Jones of Minneapolis, Minnesota; Stanley Lewis, Roberts, Wisconsin; Clinton Lewis of Hammond, Wisconsin, Wendal Lewis of Lincoln, Illinois; Besides these, a host of friends.

Mr. James T. Williams, 73, of Michigan City, died Thursday, Sept. 9, 2004, at 9:50 a.m. at St. Anthony Memorial Health Centers, Michigan City. He was born Jan. 15, 1931, in Chicago to William T. and Ethel (Hammond) Williams. Mr. Williams had retired from the Michigan City Area Schools as an administrator. He had also taught English at Long Beach School and served as principal of Garfield and Marsh Elementary Schools, all in Michigan City. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Michigan City, Kiwanis Club and Habitat For Humanity and was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. On May 17, 1952, in Cannelton, Ind., he married Lucille Spencer, who preceded him in death. Also preceding him in death were his parents. Surviving are one daughter, Sarah T. of Michigan City; four sons, James H. (Ana) of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, Stephen S. (Vivian) of Longmont, Colo., Daniel C. (Eva) of Kansas City, Mo., and Eric J. of Greencastle, Ind.; five grandchildren, Rebecca, Sandra, David, Elliot and Matthew Williams; and one sister, Edith Denning of Rockport, Ind. The funeral will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Michigan City, with Rev. David Matevia officiating. Friends may call Monday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Carlisle Funeral Home, Michigan City. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Michigan City. Rockport, IN - Edith W. Denning, 71, of Rockport, Indiana passed away Saturday, December 6, 2008 at Owensboro Medical Health System in Owensboro, Kentucky. Edith was born in Evansville, Indiana on March 26, 1937 to the late Bill and Ethel (Hamilton) Williams. Edith retired from Indiana Bell after 25 years of service. She enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed cooking, crocheting, ceramics, and taking care of her animals. She is preceded in death by her brother, Jim Williams; Sister, Joyce Williams. Edith is survived by her daughter, Lisa Denning of Rockport, IN; Five grandchildren, Ginger Schumacher and her husband Adam, Heather Denning, Dustin Denning, Chelsea Critchfield, Ciarra Critchfield all of Rockport, IN. Services are 1 p.m. Tuesday, December 9, 2008 at the Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport, IN. with the Rev. Andrew Tindle officiating. Burial is in Sunset Hill Cemetery in Rockport, IN. Visitation is from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday, December 8, 2008 and from 8 a.m. until the time of service Tuesday at the funeral home.
