I would like to know where my Great great grandmother
Rebecca G. Petro is buried. The last time I find her is on the 1900 Census. (note there are 2 Rebecca Petros, they are related, one of them married a Wheeler that is NOT my Rebecca).
Birth 1848-1851 in Indiana, USA
dau of Michael C. Petro and Catherine J Stump.
She got married to Charles D Poor in Louisa Iowa

Having the address of their house would be great too as they boarded several people. I cannot decipher the company GrGr Grandpa had it is a Contracting Co. There was a writeup of him after Rebecca died and he had moved to Saskatchewan and remarried His first wife of many years was Rebecca G Petro (there is much confusion about which Rebecca, there were Two Rebeccas so I will put the data I have here for our line. Rebecca G. Petro Birth 1848-1851 in Indiana, USA (in the Census of the family her date is given as 1848 and 1851 in two different Census. Her father was Michael C (See) Petro born 1826 in Clear Creek, Warren Co., OH. His father was John Petro and his mother was Mary Sutton. There are many confused lines out there as this is a large family all born around the same area. Rebecca's mother was Catherine J Stumpf.(Stump) born 1823 in Virginia. Charles' son Sylvester married Pearl McKay Peck. She descended from Deacon Paul Peck via Moses Peck and Sarah Kellogg. Charles left Iowa and travelled up to North Dakota, Some of his son William H Poor's children are at Sand Creek, Slope County North Dakota, the family mentioned Devil's Lake as well. From there by Covered Wagon he travelled up to Lanigan Saskatchewan for a spell and then he went to Battleford(North Battleford) and set up a Butcher shop. In 1908 he filed on a homestead at Meeting Lake Saskatchewan. At Meeting Lake he had a store and a post office and the family says he also ran a lemonaid stand on the Lake in the summer. In 1919 he took a new homestead in Norbury Saskatchewan and there started another store and post office. He died in 1920 and his second wife, Isabella (Bella) who immigrated to Canada from Scotland, ran the businesses till her death. Rebecca was on the 1900 Census with Charles and Sylvester and William. They were in their Fifties then so I suspect she died soon after. They were living in Iowa.I am looking for the time and place she died.
Rebecca Poor Wife United States Census, 1900 birth: January 1851 Indiana residence: 1900 ED 84 Grant & Omega Townships, O'Brien, Iowa, United States spouse: Charles Poor children: William H Poor, Sylvester Poor other: William R Petro, Mike P Petro, Mary P Petro, George M Petro, Rosakell Petro, Walter Ballard...etc...they had a boarding house and some of Rebecca's family were with them as there was a family tradgedy which had Rebecca and Charles helping them out. At that time Charles is listed as a Contracter. Their daughter Sara Poor was already married to Charles Dye at the time of the Census. The window to write in is small so if I repeated myself anywhere I apologize in advance.
