Terry, have you tried locating Henry through the Social Security Administration. There is a Henry listed born 20 Jan 1914 and died May, 1970. The SS Number listed is 481-05-4129. For him to be listed in this index, he must have collected some benefit from his account. My father was only 45 when he died in 1965 and his name does not show up on SSDI because he never collected any benefits himself. Perhaps Henry was disabled prior to his death. If this is your Henry you should be able to order his records from the Social Security Administration. They should have a record of where the last benefits were sent. If you can find the location perhaps you could find an obituary which in turn could you lead you to Nettie since she may have been listed as a survivor or as a prior deceased. Good luck in your search!
