I am James Michael Yohe s/o Gail Robert Yohe, s/o Harry Ulysses Yohe, s/o Abraham Stecher Yohe. Mary Jane was my father's first cousin.

The family records I have are likewise sketchy; they only say Mary Jane was born 30 Sep 1879 and died 18 or 21 May 1964; birth probably in Des Moines County and death probably in Louisa County (according to census documents); at any rate, she is buried in Elmwood Cemetery. I have a photocopy of a letter she wrote about family history circa 1962. The family records I have also say she never married. That doesn't seem to be much help, but it's all the information I have.
