Cornelius Descendants

CORNELIUS, PATTERSON, SMILEY, MCCLANAHAN

I would appreciate any information on my family who moved from Adams County, Ohio to Louisa County, Iowa between 1850 & 1860. James and Jane Cornelius, with sons, James Finley, John & Joseph; their daughters, Nancy,(m.Smiley)Louisa,(m. Patterson)and a grandson, Wm. McClanahan all made the journey to Iowa. JamesFinleyCornelius'first son, James C. Cornelius, Attorney, and most of the above are buried in the Elmwood Cemetery in Morning Sun, Iowa. Marge
