I am trying to find the origin of Elbert Lee Mills, married to Estelle Holliday. Elbert's father and mother were Abraham and Flora Belle (Holsten). Estelle's parents were Francis Edward and Mary Ann (Lanfier). At one time, I found a reference to Port Louisa as a possible birth place for Elbert but I have since lost the connection. I just want to know if I am even looking in the right place. Do any of these families even exist in Louisa County?
