Where would I go to obtain a copy of my Grandfather's will? He died while living in Louisa COunty in 1927. His name was Charles August Kramer.

Also can you tell me the site of his widow's grave. The family story is that she is buried in Wapello Cemetery. Her name was Johanna Volker Kramer and she died 02 July 1971?
