COLUMBUS JUNCTION (Iowa) - Barry William Staats, the 2-­month-old son of Rod and Susie Hills Staats of Columbus Junc­tion, died Sunday at his home of sudden infant death syndrome.

Services are at 1:30 p.m. Tues­day at the Stacy-Lewis Funeral Home. The Rev. Brian Jensen will officiate. Donna Bell Hughes will be organist. Burial will be at the Columbus City Cemetery.

Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Barry was born at Iowa City on Nov. 26, 1989.

Survivors include his parents, Rod and Susie Staats of Columbus Junction; two brothers, R.J. and Mitchel Dean, both at home; his paternal grandparents, Job and Barbara Keltner Jr., of Wapello; his mternal grandparents, William and Karyn Bell Hills, of Columbus Junction; and his great grandparenta, Etta Bell, of Columbus Junction; Job and Grace Keltner Sr., of Wapello; Lois Maddux, of Wapello; and Bill Maddux, of St. Paul.
