Letts- In the death of E. R. Williams we lose a good man, who always had a good word and pleasant smile for all he met. He was a member of the M. E. church. He died last Friday morning and the funeral was held at the church in Letts Saturday. Interment in the Letts cemetery. E. R. Williams was born in Will county, N. Y., July 19, 1837 and was a little over 70 years of age at the time of his death. He leaves his wife, one daughter, by his first wife, residing in Chicago, and a sister, Mrs. H. N. P. Small. The bereaved friends have the sympathy of the entire community for all loved Edwin R. Williams.
