Mrs. David Hamilton died at Muscatine last Friday and was buried at Morning Sun Monday at 10 a. m. Her maiden name was Carrie Congrove. She was 30 years of age the 29th of last month. She was married Sept. 20, 1896, and was the mother of seven children, only one surviving. Besides her widowed mother, Mrs. Mary Congrove and her husband and son, Delbert, she leaves five sisters and two brothers: Mrs. Lizzie Minster, Victor, Colo.; Mrs. Anna Hendrix, Winfield; Mrs. Kittie Winmiller, Des Moines; Mrs. Cora Beard, Newport; Chas., Monmouth, Ill and Fred, Morning Sun.

The deceased had been in failing health for the past two years from a complication of diseases and was bed-fast the last six weeks. The funeral was held from her mother's home in Morning Sun, conducted by Rev. F. W. Adams, pastor of the M. E. church.
