Page 5Katie Marie, daughter of Henry H. and Katie Belle Schweitzer was born April 27, 1903, near Letts, Iowa and died at the home Jan. 12, 1905, at 3:40 a. m. Funeral services were conducted by Elder Conrad Fatland at the Evangelical church, Grandview, Iowa. Interment in the Grandview cemetery. During little Marie's illness three physicians were called, and no effort to save the life was spared; but after eight weeks of patient suffering the angel of death came.
