Wm. H. Marshall, an old resident of Morning Sun township, residing in what is familiarly known as Virginia Grove, died Sunday and was buried on Tuesday. He came to this county with his father, Joshua Marshall, in 1836 and has lived on the farm where he died since 1849. He was married to Miss Elizabeth Smith. He was born in Brooke county, West Virginia, June 20th, 1823, making him nearly 61 years of age.
