Mrs. Caroline Lucky died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. William Alstott, just east of town, last Sunday forenoon, April 19th, at the age of 74 years. The funeral service was held Monday in charge of Rev. C. L. Walker, interment was made in the city cemetery. Her daughter, Mrs. W. Cox of Muscatine and son, Mr. Jacob Smith of Columbus Junction, attended the funeral.
