Miss Mary Hillier died at the home of her sister, Mrs. Geo. Hontz, in this city Tuesday evening from pneumonia, resulting from la grippe. The funeral occurred from the residence Wednesday at 1 p. m. Miss Hillier had been in poor health and had been shopping with her sister but some ten days before her death. Last Saturday evening she arrived here on the 6:30 train, a very sick woman, and had to be carried from the train. The exposure and exertion of the trip to one in poor health and suffering from pneumonia, meant death, speedy and inevitable.
