Andrew B. Rock, a veteran of the Civil war, died Saturday morning, July 1, 1922, at his home in Morning Sun after a lingering illness. Mr. Rock was born at Fairhaven, Ohio, December 18, 1837. He enlisted at Cleveland, Ohio, July 16, 1861 and served three years, then re-enlisted and served until the end of the war. He was mustered out at Little Rock, Arkansas, August 11, 1865. He was married February 22, 1866 to Miss Martha Warden and in 1811 they located in Morning Sun. Mrs. Rock died in 1920. He is survived by eight children.
