Charles Bruce Weaver was born in Louisa county, Iowa, October 9, 1885 and grew to manhood in Union township. He was married to Margaret C. Klein, December 26, 1907 and to them were born three daughters, who with his wife survive him. After a brief illness with typhoid fever he was called by death December 22, 1913. In addition to his wife and daughters he is survived by his father and mother and two sisters besides a large number of other relatives. Funeral services were held at the home Tuesday afternoon conducted by Rev. L. H. Smith, pastor of the U. B. church at Columbus City. Interment in the Columbus City cemetery.
