page 2Word was received this morning from Wapello of the death last night of Ziba Kremer, one of the oldest settlers of Louisa county. Mr. Kremer was born in Luzerene county, Penna., Apr. 15, 1819 and was past 94 years of age at the time of his death. He came to Louisa county in 1869 which he has since made his home. He is survived by a large family of children. Miss Ruth Woodruff, a teacher in the local schools, is a granddaughter of the deceased. Funeral services will be held at Wapello Saturday morning.
