Lillian Crull dead.
Lillian Gertrude Teeter was born at Deep River, Powesheik county, November 16, 1887. She died at Fredonia, October 25, 1907, not having quite attained the age of twenty years. Her mother died when Gertrude was an infant and she was cared for by an aunt for a number of years. On October 3, 1906, she was married at Columbus Junction to Mr. Lawrence F. Crull, making her wedded life of only a little over a year's duration, the most of which time she was a hopeless invalid. Though stricken so soon an with a full understanding of what the end would be, she maintained her naturally sweet and cheerful disposition to the end. She was converted three years ago and lived a consistent Christian life and when the time came she was content to go. Her funeral, conducted by Rev. R. D. Pool, was conducted at the home at 11 o'clock Sunday, October 27. She was laid to rest beside friends at Cedar Bethel cemetery. Besides a heart broken husband she leaves a father and many, many warm friends to mourn her early taking away.
