Port Allen, June 20- Lindis Emerson Brown, the little baby of Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Brown, passed away June 19th, after living only one short week to brighten the home of his parents. He died very suddenly. He had been well and no one noticed that any thing was wrong until three or four hours before his death. He passed quietly away without a struggle. At the funeral at the home the Twenty-third Psalm was read then, a short prayer, they bore the remains of the little one to the Conesville cemetery and laid it to rest.
