James S. C. Biggs was born in Columbus City township, December ? 1876, and died at his home in the same vicinity April 22, 1905, aged something over twenty-sight years. His death was the result of tuburcular consumption. He was married to Mrs. ? Jacobs-Thomas, October 1, 1902. She with a daughter by a former husband, a mother, step-father, two brothers and numerous friends are left to mourn his loss.
