Conesville, June 8 - Although expected, yet it came as a shock, the news of the death of one of Conesville's highly respected citizen and an old settler, Mr. Wm. Harper, Tuesday morning at 2:30. The grave had by request of the deceased been already prepared by loving hands and the minister, an old acquaintance and friend of the family, Rev. Telfer, of Salem, will officiated at the funeral service which will be held in the M. E. church, Cone, Thursday at 2 o'clock p. m. Burial at Conesville cemetery.
