Grandview, November 10 -Last Friday occurred the death of Otto Stoke at his home south of town. death came after a lingering illness extending over a period of many weeks. For the past few week his life has hung by a thread and his friends have almost daily expected to hear of his death. He leaves a wife, three sons, two daughters and a host of friends to mourn his death. The funeral services were held last Sunday from the M. E. church, of which he was a member, conducted by Rev. Montgomery assisted by Rev. Stein of the Congregational church.
