The death of William McKinley Greene, youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Greene occurred Friday morning, September 20, 1901. He was born August 16, 1896. It was a sad sight for the last two weeks of his life was a constant intense suffering; but now his sufferings are over; he has gone to the rest in the eternal home above, where sufferings are no more. Although he had been ailing the past four years he was a kind, patient and loving child. He was given every attention by the family to make him comfortable and happy. He leaves a father, mother, three sisters and four brothers to mourn his early departure. The mother being an invalid was unable to attend the funeral. the funeral services were held at the U. B. church by Rev. Ballard, of Columbus City.
