The death of Margaret Monica Estle occurred at her home Thursday morning at 8:30. While friends and relatives watched, the death angel came to take away the spirit. She was born Jan 11, 1891 and died September 12, 1901. Monica was the oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Estle. She was a loving child, and will be missed so much in the home and by numerous friends and relatives. She had been ailing for some time, but only a few days ago she was taken down with that dread disease, diabetes, and all that loving hearts and hands could do was done, but of no avail. In her death a gloom has fallen over the entire community. She was one of the joys of the home. It was hard to part with her, but she has gone to that home where changes never come, and soon, in the sweet bye and bye, those loving hearts and hands that so tenderly cared for her in life and in death, will again receive their darling child. It was touching to see the parents and friends pass around the white casket, to look for the last time upon the face of one so innocent and so sweet. Many beautiful floral tributes were given by friends as tokens of love and respect. A large concourse of people attended the funeral and the remains were laid to rest in the brick church cemetery. She leaves a father, mother, one sister, five brothers and many relatives and friends to mourn her departure.
