Orono, July 16- Mrs. Frank Nelson died at her home at Nichols, Iowa, early Thursday morning, July 11, 1901. She had not been in robust health for some time, but had been able to go about and enjoy social gathering and interchange visits with friends. She had been prostrate less than two weeks. The fatal ailment was cancer. She leaves to mourn her untimely departure, her husband and daughter Stella, and three sisters- Mrs. W. A. Norris, Conesville; Mrs. R. M. Norris, Nichols, and one in Ohio, who she visited last fall. Mrs. Nelson's maiden name was Ella Booth, and she was born in Coshocton county, Ohio, May 1, 1853. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. H. C. Millice, at the Christian church, Nichols, Saturday morning, July 13. Interment was made in the Oakville cemetery, where rest the remains of her daughter, Mrs. Mollie Newton, who died of consumption a few years ago.
