Cedar Bethel, January 21- Sam Littrel died at his home last Wednesday night. He fell asleep Monday and remained in that condition until Wednesday night. His death was caused by old age; he was 87 years old and the father of seven children all of whom are dead except John and Albert. The funeral services were held at Cedar Bethel at 11 o'clock Friday. It was a very large funeral; Rev. Kephart conducted the services. In the death of Mr Littrel Louisa county loses one of its best citizens and it is with many regrets that the people see this pioneer laid to rest. He was a Mason and a large number of them were present. He was buried by that order in the Cedar Bethel cemetery.
