Mrs. Caroline Wilson, wife of J. H. Wilson of Muscatine, and daughter of H. H. Hunt, of Louisa county, died, October 11, of compilation of diseases. She was born in Sciota county, Ohio, and died at the age of 47 years. She was united in marriage to J. H. Wilson, December 11, 1867, and to them were born two children; Nettie, wife of N. J. Bouton of Muscatine, and James, who died while small. The funeral was held at Fredonia at 2 p. m., October 22, conducted by Rev. Boydson of Columbus Junction. Those who mourn her loss are a husband, one daughter and one son by adoption, one grandchild, a father, mother, four brothers, two sisters, and a host of friends.
