We are pained to announce the death of Mrs. Ed Hanft at her home in Columbus City. The sad event occurred at 10 o'clock last Saturday morning. She leaves three small children, one an infant, to the mercies of the friends who mourn her loss. The funeral occurred Sunday afternoon. She was a daughter of Capt. Samuel McCoy and was born and lived all her life in or near Columbus city. The husband motherless children and bereaved friends have the sympathy of all.
