Columbus Junction, Ia., - Mrs. J. H. Snyder, 63, died at 7:30 a.m. Sunday in her home in Fredonia after a several months’ illness. Lillian Rogers was born April 29, 1879, at What Cheer and taught school there and at Delta for a number of years.
She was united in marriage to Alfred Taylor, who died in January, 1914, and to J. H. Snyder of Fredonia Aug. 25, 1925, who survives her. Surviving also are a son, Martin Taylor of Detroit, and a daughter, Mrs. Doris Snyder of Fredonia, a grandson and one great-granddaughter, a sister, Mrs. Pearl Zunt of Detroit, Mich., and two brothers, Orvin and Dermon Rogers of Oakland, Cal. The Richie funeral home is in charge of the funeral services.
