Mrs. Lucy Mincher Coleman, daughter of Edward and Eliza Jane Mincher, was born in Wapello, Iowa, January 1, 1845, and died at Topeka, Kansas, March 23, 1905, aged 60 years, 2 months, and 22 days. Of her father's family, consisting of five children, one brother John E. Mincher, living in Oklahoma, and one sister, Mrs. L. C. Wonnell, of this city, with the aged mother survive her. She was united in marriage to Wilbur A. Coleman on January 3, 1867. To this union were born three children. One daughter died in young womanhood. Two sons, Austin E. and George B., now reside in Colorado.
