Max Luther Henson, 65, of Warsaw, died at 9:15 a.m. Feb. 5 in Burlington Medical Center.

He was born May 5, 1922, in Olds, Iowa, the son of Martin L. and Nellie Rosenberger Henson. He married Margaret May Johnson on Dec. 4, 1941, in Kahoka. He had been a resident of the Warsaw area for 47 years.

Survivors include his wife; daughters, Mrs. Denzel(Judy)Stutzman of Jupiter, Fla., Elizabeth Woodworth of Stuart, Fla., and Martha Ann Hansen of Keokuk; son Kenneth of Warsaw; brother Dwight Poole of Roanoke, Va,; sister Mrs. Donald (Ester) Baker of Jefferson City, Mo., and Mrs. Harold (Virginia) Akes of Osceola, Iowa; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two infant children.

Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. today at the Lamporte Funeral Home in Warsaw with Rev. Roland W. Hosto officiating.

Burial will be in the Oakland Cemetery in Warsaw.

A memorial has been established.
