Funeral services for Mr. Charles Fisher were held at the Chet Walker home last Saturday afternoon conducted by Rev. C. E. Burdine of the Presbyterian church. Mr. Fisher was killed last Thursday morning, when his team became frightened and threw him off of a cultivator.

Mr. Fisher is survived by a daughter Mrs. Josephine Wickey of Muscatine, and a son Joe of Dallas City, Ill., three brothers, Alvia, Ed and Roy of Wapello and a sister, Mary Murfin of Elrick Junction.
