Ethel M. Gray, 95, Muscatine, passed away Feb. 8, 2011, at Cedar Manor, in Tipton, Iowa.

Casketbearers will be Corby Swick, Lee Curry, Anthony Hill, and Jody Fiser.

Mrs. Gray was born Nov. 20, 1915, in Grandview, the daughter of Fred and Hazel (Edmondson) Kallenburger.

She married Allen A. Gray Dec. 7, 1935, in Aledo, Ill.

She enjoyed crossword puzzles, spending time with her cats, and socializing with her friends.

She will be deeply missed by her nephews, Harold "Tod" Swick and wife, Bonnie, of Tipton, Don R. Kallenberger and wife, Shirley, of Durant, Don A. Kallenberger and wife, Patricia, of Muscatine, and her niece, Jane and her husband, Tim, of Vinton.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Allen in 1979; two brothers, Don Kallenberger, and Lloyd Kallenberger; a sister, Helen Swick; a nephew, Roger Swick; and a great-nephew, Todd Swick.
