Harold Bailey

Harold L. Bailey, 78, of 2101 Division Street., died Thursday, Nov. 13, at Burlington Care Center.

Born June 19, 1908, at Oakville, he was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Marion Bailey. On July 11, 1930, in Wapello, he married Bernice Kuschmann(SIC).

Surviving are his wife, Bernice, two daughters, Beverly Pershing, West Burlington and Marilyn Brau, Mount Pleasant; 11 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday at Sheagren Funeral Home.

Services for Mr. Bailey will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Sheagren's with the Rev. Elmers officiating. Burial will be in Edwards Cemetery, Oakville.

A memorial has been established For St. Luke's United Church of Christ.
