Mark Elliott Welch, 40, of Conyers, Ga., died Sunday, Dec. 7, 2003.

Born in Burlington, he was the son of Dennis and Patsy Welch.

Survivors include his son, Andrew Moore; his parents of Conyers; one sister, Christine Peterson of Dacula, Ga.; one niece and two nephews.

He was preceded in death by one brother.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to the time of service today at Harry L. White Funeral Home , with the Rev. Jim Martin officiating. Private family burial.

Note: his mother Patsy's maiden name was Perkins, daughter of Harold & Emily Fensterbush Perkins.
