Mrs. Pauline L. Lyons, 42, Camanche, a former Burlington resident, died Thursday, Feb. 26, at Jane Lamb hospital in Clinton, after a short illness.

Born Nov. 30, 1933, at Brandon, she was the daughter of John and Luella Bergstrom Freyling. She married Merrill Lyons Aug. 26, 1953, in Burlington.

Surviving: the husband, Camanche; her mother, Burlington; a daughter, Pamela, a student at Iowa State university, Ames; three sons, Gerald W., Thomas B. and Timothy L. Lyons, all at home; a sister, Mrs. Barbara Stout, Burlington; two brothers, John W. Freyling, Jr., Aurora, Colo., and Charles F., Burlington.

Funeral: 11 a.m., Monday, Snell-Zornig funeral home at Clinton, Rev.Eugene Henry of St. Stephens Lutheran church, Clinton Memorial Park cemetery.
