Zella M. Stout, age 85, St Francis Continuation Care Center, Burlington, died April 13, 1994.

She was born Oct. 30, 1908 at Wapello to Herman and Deliah Sarber Vollmer. She married George A. Stout Oct. 16, 1948 in Burlington.

She graduated from Wapello High School in 1931, attended First Assembly of God Church, Burlington, and had worked as a sales person at Schramms, retiring from Schramms.

She is survived by her husband George, Burlington; and nephews Billy Marshall, Wapello, and Bob Marshall, Seattle, WA.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and two sisters.

The service for Mrs. Stout was at 2 p.m. Saturday at First Assembly of God Church, Burlington, with the Rev. Norman Wenig officiating.

Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery, Burlington. A memorial has been established for First Assembly of God Church.
