Lewis Albert Haislet, age 67, of Wapello, Iowa, died Wednesday Evening, October 13, 199e at the Morning Sun Care Center.

He was born December 2, 1925 at Muscatine, Iowa, the son of William H. and Catherine Fowler Haislet. After living and working in varous locations through-out his life, he moved back to Wapello and worked first for Louisa County Maintenance and then as Parks Director for the city of Wapello for several years.

Survivors include a brother, Thomas H. Haislet of Wapello. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Florence and June, and a brother, Charles.

A Graveside Service was held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 15, 1993 at the Wapello Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Ed Philgreen. A memorial fund has been established.

Dudgeon-McCulley Funeral Home provided the care and arrangements for Lewis Haislet.
