Kenneth Dale Woodruff, age 82, of Rock Island, Illinois, died December 24, 1998, at Trinty Medical Center, Rock Island, Illinois.

Kenneth Woodruff was born February 8, 1916, in Columbus Junction, Iowa, the son of Arthur and Pearl (Martin) Woodruff. He married Marjorie McKenna. She died in 1976.

Mr. Woodruff had been a supervisor at John Deere Harvester, East Moline and retired in 1979, after 30 years of service. He served in the military diring WW-II in the Air Force and Army. He was a former school teacher in the Columbus Junction area.

Kenneth had been a member of the Elim Covenant Church, Moline. He had been a member of his church choir for at least 50 years. He enjoyed making and delivering Christmas Cookies. He held membership in the Botanical Gardens group.

Survivors are a sister, Evelyn Randolph of Silvis, IL and many nieces and nephews.

Graveside services were held December 28, at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Moline, IL. Memorial services will be January 5 at 7 p.m. at Elim Covenant Church, Moline. Memorials may be directed to Elim Covenant Church, Moline, IL.
