Everett V. Lee, 88, of Morning Sun, died Monday, May 23, 1994 at his home.

Born June 27, 1905 at Yarmouth, he was the son of John and Jennie Adolphson Lee. On Aug. 22, 1934 he married Lucille Owens at Morning Sun.

He was a 1923 graduate of the Morning Sun High School. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Morning Sun, where he served as an elder for more than 26 years.

He was a former member of the Louisa County ASCS Board. He was a retired farmer, farming in the Morning Sun community most of his life.

Survivors include his wife, of Morning Sun.

He was prededed in death by his parents, three sisters, Edna Cummings, Ruth Caldwell and Zelda Lee, and one brother, Clifford Lee.

Friends may call as desired after 9 a.m. thursday at the Hagele and Honts Funeral Home in Morning Sun.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at First United Presbyterian Church of Morning Sun, with the Rev. Jack Edmisson officiating. Burial will be in the Elmwood Cemetery in Morning Sun.

A general memorial has been established.
