WILLIAM M. WEAVER

William Michael Weaver, 20, of Macon, Ga., died Saturday, Aug. 16, 2003. Services were held at 4 p.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Honorary pallbearers were Alec Ridley, Adam Dukes, Michael Smith, Stephen Adams, Josh Giles, Chandler Penn and Thomas Simmons.

Donations may be made to Vine Ingle Little League, P.O. Box 7837, Macon, GA 31209.

Mr. Weaver was a participant in the Vine Ingle Little League for many years, both as a player and an umpire. He was a graduate of Central High School and was attending Georgia College and State University. He was a member of Kappa Alpha Order. He enjoyed fishing, Pawley’s Island, S.C., golfing, animals, music, cooking and people. He worked at the Downtown Grill in Macon for four years, and also worked at Loco’s in Milledgeville.

Survivors include his parents Bill and Erin Weaver; sister Molly Malloy Weaver and brother Daniel Hall weaver, all of Macon; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Hicklin of Wapello, Iowa; grandmother Marion Malloy of State Center, Iowa; aunts and uncles Joan and Ron Cross of Fairfax, Va.; Jane Weaver-Sobel of Charlotte, N.C.; Nancy and Mike Roach of Libertyville, Ill.; Jim and Jody Malloy of Boone, Iowa; Dan Malloy of West Des Moines, Iowa; and many cousins.

Hart’s Mortuary of Macon, Georgia was in charge of arrangements.
