ALICE SCHRADER
Wapello, Iowa – Alice F. Schrader, 84, a resident of Wapello Nursing and Care Center, formerly of Grandview died Saturday at the center.
Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Dudgeon-McCulley Funeral Home, Wapello. Burial will be in Kossuth Cemetery, Mediapolis.
Visitation will be 7-8 p.m. today at Dudgeon-McCulley Funeral Home, Wapello.
Mrs. Schrader worked as a district deputy for Royal Neighbors of America Insurance Co. She also worked as a cook for several restaurants.
Alice Miller married Ray Schrader in 1926 in Burlington.
She attended business college in Fort Madison.
Memberships include Grandview Community Bible Church; Camp No. 537 of Royal Neighbors of America. She also belonged to Rebekah Lodge, Columbus Junction.
Memorials may be made to the church.
Survivors include her husband; daughters, Betty Bohling, Muscatine; Joyce Suesens, Burlington; sons, Jack, Marshalltown; Kenneth, West Plains, Mo.; Max, Columbus Junction; and Larry, Oakville; 16 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; a sister, Bertha Rose, Bettendorf; brothers, Walter Miller, Indianapolis; Earl, Muscatine; Karl, Rolla, Mo.; and Kenneth, Ocala, Fla.
