Lester Leroy Shipman, youngest son of Wesley and Doris Mohlie Shipman, was born May 16, 1935, and was called to be with Jesus at 6 O'clock tuesday afternoon, June 18, ath the age of five years, one monthaand two days.

Besides his loving parents, there are left to mourn his death, his brother Wayne, Grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Shipman and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Mohlie, Great-grandmother Mrs. T.A. Wykert, Uncle Raymond Mohlie, and many relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held from the home this afternoon at 1:30 o'clock and from the Methodist Church in Wapello at 2:30 o'clock. The Rev. Horace Ireland of Oakville officiating, assisted by the Rev. Lloyd Tennant, of Wapello. Burial was in the Wapello Cemetery.
