FLOYD R. SEITZ
Oakville – Floyd Robert Seitz, 45, died suddenly Friday at his home in rural Oakville.

Services are Monday at 1:30 p.m. at the Dudgeon-McCulley Funeral Home in Wapello with the Rev. Harold Werley officiating. Visitation begins Sunday afternoon. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery, Burlington. A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home.

Mr. Seitz was born in Elrick Junction on April 14, 1940, the son of Robert and Irene Scott Seitz. He married Esther Kimbrel Harris in Oquawka, Ill., in August 1977. He was a self-employed carpenter.

Surviving are his wife; a step-son, James Collins of Burlington; a step-daughter, Shirley Hopson of Burlington; four step-granddaughters; his mother, Irene Tillmann of Oakville; a brother, Bill Seitz of Oakville; and a sister, Marie McLain of Burlington.
