Frank Smice Dead.

Frank Smice, who had been a sufferer for several months with tuberculosis of the lungs, passed away at his home in Toolesboro, Friday, May 19(handwritten: 1911). Deceased was born in Toolesboro about forty-five years ago where he spent his childhood days. He moved with his parents to Wapello several years ago making their home in the south part of town. Later the family moved to Grandview and from there back to the old home in Toolesboro. He is survived by his father, John Smice, of Toolesboro, two sisters and four brothers, the mother having preceded him in death.

The funeral services were held from the M.E. church in Toolesboro Saturday afternoon at three o'clock, conducted by Rev. A.S. Covert, of Oakville. Interment in the Parsons cemetery.
